Arrival

Please arrive no later than 8 am; a few minutes earlier is even better, so you can get your bearings (and make any adjustments if this is an online meeting). The meeting lasts from 8:00-9:30 am and people also have the opportunity to mingle  afterwards.

General Order of Business

1. Open networking for about 10 minutes.

2. After networking time is over, we make introductions, get warmed up, and then the 60-second presentations start. Each member does a 60-second presentation on one aspect of their business. (If you are a substitute for a Central Vermont BNI member, you will speak on their behalf for 60 seconds as well.)

3. Once the members have presented, then each visitor, including you, will get to make a 60-second presentation about your business to the group.

4. We do a little accountability, and then we break up into “Power” 1-2-1 meetings, where each pairing or group focuses on how to generate referrals for one another. This lasts for 10 minutes.

5. After our “Power” breakouts conclude, there will be a 10-12 minute Feature Presentation from one of our members about their business (this is where one member gets to educate us with a deep dive into one aspect of their business).

6. We all then will have the opportunity to talk about referrals and business revenue that we have received because of our BNI connections and networking efforts.
